Healthy Meal Program
Experts agree that children who eat whole nutritious foods are happier, and ready to greet the day with enthusiasm and an ability to learn and focus ... that being said I am no stranger to the challenges of feeding young kids and their ever changing appetites!
My motto is to never force a child into eating, and to offer a variety of familiar favorites along with some new experiences. I've always tried to encourage children in my home to take their time and enjoy their food and take care to use whole ingredients !
